4. When the concentricity of drive shaft and worm is less than 0.1mm, the axial end with 2mm clearance shall ensure reasonable motor bearing under load to reduce motor noise;

5、升降平臺(tái)的各部位主要是控制裝置各處的隔震和緩沖，因此，傳動(dòng)板橫向調(diào)整裝置的彈性體須保障壓縮狀態(tài)，使齒輪具有相應(yīng)的徑向約束，保障齒輪和齒條在運(yùn)行一直處于良好的嚙合狀態(tài)；

5. Each part of the lifting platform is mainly used for vibration isolation and cushioning of the control device. Therefore, the elastomer of the horizontal adjustment device of the transmission plate must ensure the compression state, so that the gear has corresponding radial constraints, and ensure that the gear and rack are always in good meshing state during operation;

6、檢查氣缸、管道、馬達(dá)等部件的密封是否良好，有無(wú)漏氣。

6. Check whether the air cylinder, pipeline, motor and other components are well sealed and whether there is air leakage.
